Ice-T made some pretty ice-cold comments following the apparent suicide of "Real Housewives" husband Russell Armstrong -- but his response to the ensuing media attention was nothing short of hot-headed.
"The lack of people caring about REAL issues has caused the media to focus on dumb s--t like TWITTER comments," he tweeted after several media outlets called him out for his insensitivity.
On Tuesday, the rapper and reality star tweeted in response to a fan who mentioned Armstrong's death: "Bad joke..but alotta those wives would make me consider it."
Armstrong, who was found dead in his Los Angeles home Monday night, was recently in the middle of a divorce from wife Taylor Armstrong, one of the stars on the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."
Media outlets instantly slammed the rapper for his callous remarks in light of the tragic circumstances.
Ice-T, who stars in his own E! reality show "Ice Loves Coco" opposite his wife, responded by defending his flippant Twitter comment and including a link to The Hollywood Reporter's story that questioned his opinion.
Also a target of Ice-T's media tirade? The "Jersey Shore" and "Basketball Wives."
"A guy asked me my key to success & whats the difference between us. I said 'Did you see the last 3 episodes of Jersey Shore?' Yes 'I didn't'."
"Speaking on Wives shows...Are any of the 'Basketball Wives' even married??? ...So shouldn't it be called.."Basketball Dumped H--'???" he posted earlier.
"Hey! People love to call my wife a H--," he wrote. "Well at least she is a WIFE."
HE'S RIGHT THOUGH! SINCE WHEN IS TWITTER COMMENTS NEWS? ANY PERSON SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SAY WHAT THEY WANNA SAY, WHEN THEY WANNA SAY IT!
