Halle Berry Reaches divorce Settlement Ordered To Pay $8,000 A Month In Child Support

Halle Berry is reaching the end of her divorce settlement with Olivier Martinez. The legal battle has been ongoing for eight years. The most recent update involves their son, for which Berry will pay $8,000 a month in child support their son Maceo is 11 years old and is currently in joint custody of the former couple. The support payment began on March 15, 2023, and as of April 1, 2023, Berry is to hand over 4.3% of any income over $2,000,000 as additional support. Berry is also responsible for any funds related to private schools. The court document reads “Each Party shall keep the other Party informed of all matters about Maceo’s health and/or illness, education, and general welfare. Additional requirements include the couple will not be allowed to “speak in a negative, disrespectful, disparaging, or derogatory manner to, or about, the other Party or her/his family and/or significant other, or allow third parties to do same, to Maceo, in the presence of Maceo, or within Maceo’s hearing range.
