HALLE BERRY BREAKS UP WITH HER BABY'S DADDY! HE SAY'S HE GOT NOTHING BUT LOVE & RESPECT FOR HER!

Gabriel Aubry is speaking out about his split from Halle Berry.
The Oscar-winning actress and the Canadian model, the father of Berry's two-old-daughter, announced Friday that they were breaking up.

Neither would comment on reports that their age difference was a factor in their split.

"While I will not comment on all of the wild inaccuracies being speculated about in the media, I am sad to say that Halle and I have decided together to separate at this time," Aubry said in a statement to Access Hollywood.

Berry is 43 and Aubry is 34.

"She is, and will forever be, one of the most special and beautiful people that I have ever known," Aubry said. "And I am certain that we will continue to have only love and respect for one another."

The stunning couple met in February 2006 at the opening for a Versace store in Manhattan. Aubry and twice-divorced Berry have vowed to put the best interests of their daughter, Nahla, ahead of everything else.

"Her happiness and well-being are the most important thing for both of us," Aubry said. "Please respect our privacy during this very difficult time."

Sources said the couple have agreed to share custody of their daughter.
