Gucci Mane is preparing to release his new memoir, Episodes, in which he gives readers insight into his formative years and the drama experienced through the more turbulent periods in his career. He Got on Instagram to promote the book, which releases Tuesday (Oct. 14), sharing key tidbits detailed in Episodes. One standout instance was when Keyshia Ka’oir admitted him to a psychiatric facility against his will. “It talks about the time when I was going through an episode and my wife kidnapped me with my six bodyguards from the porch and had to take me to a mental hospital,” he admitted while giving his followers a preview of stories shared in the forthcoming memoir. “Anybody who got family members, or they [are] dealing with mental health issues, you need to get this book,” Gucci added. The East Atlanta Santa has been open about the positive impact his relationship with Ka’oir, whom he married in 2017, has had on his life and personal career. Upon his release from prison in 2016, Gucci revealed that Ka’oir had turned $2M of his money into $5M through various investments and business endeavors, a testament to the love and loyalty shared between the couple.
