Foxy Brown avoided a jail sentence yesterday when all but one charge against the rapper stemming from a July incident, were dropped.
Foxy, born Inga Marchand, was two felony charges and three misdemeanors, but all charges were dismissed expect one.
A grand jury charged Foxy with violating a court order that bars her from having contact with her Prospect Heights, Brooklyn neighbor, Arlene Raymond.
Foxy and Arlene Raymond have a long history of feuding. In addition to the protection order, the rapper was sentenced to probation from striking Raymond with a Blackberry during an argument in the neighborhood in 2007.
As a result Foxy was ordered to stay away from Raymond and was also forced to write a written apology to the woman for assaulting her.
They squared off again in Prospect Heights, when Foxy allegedly spewed profanity at Raymond and "mooned" her.
If convicted on the one count, Foxy Brown would have to serve community service.
