Floyd Mayweather Jr. Spent $402 Million On 62 Apartment Buildings In Manhattan New York

Floyd Mayweather Jr. chose to go into real estate and he is currently thriving as he recently showed off some of the apartment buildings that he purchased in New York. “I love bringing people into my lifestyle, showing the people how I live,” he said in an Instagram video. “Now I know you guys see me on the regular talking about real estate. Well, lately, I purchased 62 apartment buildings in New York City. And what I need you guys to do? Slide over [through the Instagram collage], check out the photos.” The legendary boxer clarified that he didn’t have photos of all 62 buildings in the collage, but there were enough to get a sense of their locations. Guess what? All the buildings belong to me, I don’t have no partners,” Mayweather Jr. continued, boasting about his new real estate investment company Vada Properties. “And all the retail down low on my buildings all belong to me. Guess what? You can do the same. It’s about making power moves.
