Florida Man Tries To Pay A Prostitute With A Salad

A cash-strapped john offered a prostitute salad in exchange for sex, police said.

Alonzo Liverman, 29, allegedly told the hooker that he didn't have any money and could only pay her in greens.

Unfortunately for him, however, he had actually propositioned an undercover cop and was promptly arrested.

Liverman was one of 10 men charged with soliciting a prostitute during a daylong sting in Daytona Beach, Fla., last Monday.

The News-Journal reports former Mainland basketball star Tim Pickett, 33 — who played at Florida State University before his draft in the NBA's second round in 2004 — was also busted.

They were joined by man named Michael Jackson, 27.
