Faith Evans Reportedly Sued $100,000 For Breached Contract

Looks like Faith Evans is headed to court over booking inquiries.

Evans signed a contract with promoter, Jeremy Hill, to perform at the Wolf Creek Amphitheater in Atlanta, Ga., on September 10. According to TMZ, the contract included a non-compete clause, which was set to prevent the singer from partaking in any performances within a hundred mile radius of the show’s venue, six months prior to the scheduled performance date. Hill also paid a $17,500 down payment to secure Evans for the spot.

Known for being a part of the Bad Boy Family, Evans would like to make an appearance with the moguls during their tour stop in ATL on September 8. Hill claims Evans is attempting to ditch what she already signed up for, and he isn’t too pleased with the flop.

He has filed a lawsuit against her, demanding $100,000, and wants to block her from hitting the stage once Bad Boy rolls into town.
