FAITH EVANS GETS BUSTED FOR A DUI!

Faith Evans is in big trouble.
Notorious B.I.G.'s widow was arrested and charged on suspicion of a DUI Saturday night in Los Angeles, TMZ.com reports.

Sources told the gossip website that officers detected alcohol when the singer was stopped at a DUI checkpoint in Marina Del Ray.

This is not the 37-year-old R&B star's first brush with the law.

The "Way You Move" singer was arrested and charged alongside her second husband, Todd Russaw, in 2004 for possession of marijuana and cocaine.

In order to avoid further prosecution, the couple agreed to spend 13 weeks in a drug-treatment program.
