Ex-"Jersey Shore" star Angelina Pivarnick is now a bride-to-be after boyfriend David Kovacs popped the question - on the red carpet, no less.

Kovaks dropped to one knee and proposed while flashbulbs went off and cameras rolled at the STYLE360 Sachika's fashion show Wednesday afternoon, an onlooker tells the Daily News.

"She was completely surprised [and said] 'are you serious?' She looked really happy and shocked," the onlooker adds. "She covered her face with her hand and dropped the ring on the carpet because she was so nervous. He then picked her up and they hugged and kissed.

The two have reportedly been friends for several years, though it's unclear how long Pivarnick and Kovacs have been dating.

The reality star, 22, was most recently linked to former "Bachelorette" contestant Justin Rego in November, and at one point previously dated Snookis' ex-boyfriend, Jeff Miranda.

Pivarnick, who starred in the first two seasons of "Jersey Shore," is the first of the Seaside Heights cast to be fitted with a diamond engagement ring - 2.5 karats to be exact, according to blog site TooFab.

Question is, will she be the last?
