Eazy-E just received a birthday present that will stay with him, his fans, and his family forever, a new beautiful headstone.
The legendary rapper has been gone now for many years, but his burial site continues to draw fans and others who want to pay homage to the NWA legend.
So, his family commissioned a new headstone, complete with pictures and information about his life.
The unveiling took place Saturday at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Whittier, CA. Eazy's children, extended family and tons of fans came out to see it be made public. It takes the place of the old one which had minimal on it since the rapper's death.
The new version reads, "The Godfather of Gangsta Rap," and also includes the same line from his old tombstone, which is, "We loved him, but God loved him more."
Lastly, it says something everyone agrees with: "He Put Compton On The Map."
