Its not clear what caused headaches 4 #Kobe but possibly when his nose was bloodied by Wade in 3Q on a hard foul.

Per NYTimes: Bryant was experiencing headaches after the game, according to an N.B.A. spokesman, and did not speak to the news media. Bryant was to be evaluated at a local hospital before being permitted to fly home.

Update from Lakers.com:

Lakers guard Kobe Bryant, who was injured in Sunday evening's All-Star game in Orlando, Fla., was examined after the game. Results of a CT scan revealed that Bryant suffered a nasal fracture. It is expected that Bryant will be examined and re-evaluated by ear, nose and throat specialist Dr. John Rehm on Monday when he returns to Los Angeles.
