Drew Sidora Ordered To Temporarily Vacate Home As Ex Ralph Pittman Awarded Interim Primary Custody Of Kids

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Drew Sidora has been ordered to leave the Georgia home she shares with her estranged husband, Ralph Pittman, as the former couple's divorce battle takes another turn. According to a temporary court order Sidora must vacate the property by May 31, while Pittman has been granted interim primary physical custody of their two children during the school year beginning in August. The order reportedly cites the pair's current financial situation as the reason for the move. Until Sidora leaves the home, she and Pittman will continue sharing household expenses.Pittman, who has been living in the basement of the house during the separation, will remain in the home and has been given permission to come upstairs to help get the children ready for school. The couple will continue to share joint legal custody of their son, Machai, 10, and daughter, Aniya, 8. Sidora, meanwhile, is expected to have parenting time on alternating weekends during the school year. Sidora is also the mother of Josiah, a 14-year-old from a previous relationship. The latest ruling adds another chapter to one of the messiest divorces in recent Real Housewives history. Sidora and Pittman, who married in 2014, first announced their split in March 2023 after nearly nine years together. Their separation has since played out both in court and on camera during Season 16 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, where both have openly discussed the strain of their ongoing legal fight. Pittman described the proceedings in a confessional as "long and extremely messy," adding that his main focus was securing at least equal time with his children. The court order follows Sidora’s several serious allegations in amended divorce filings. The actress accused Pittman of being a "serial cheater and adulterer" and alleged that he was mentally and financially abusive during the marriage. She also claimed there was an incident in which he became physically aggressive. Pittman has denied those characterizations. During Season 16, Sidora referred to her estranged husband as a narcissist, while Pittman pushed back on the label, joking during one exchange, "Narcissists can't apologize. I'm just gonna let you know. I know the definition." Sidora's representatives have emphasized that the latest decision is only temporary and does not reflect the eventual outcome of the case. In a statement, her team said the matter remains active and is still headed toward a final trial.
