Drake has called an end to his legal war with the disgruntled female vocalist from his hit song "Marvin's Room" -- The two parties have settled their dispute.
Ericka Lee sued Drake last year claiming she co-wrote the song, but never got credit ... or paid for that matter. Drake fired back claiming she could pound sand because he never promised to pay her a dime for using her voice on the track.
Ericka also claimed that she and Drake had a romantic relationship from 2010-2011 ... and accused Drake of threatening her when she didn't back down from her lawsuit. Drake denied all her allegations.
Now, the two parties have come to an agreement -- and the case was dismissed February 2nd. It's unclear if Drake coughed up any money.
Here's his new video. Drake - Started From The Bottom.
