Drake said that, even without an album, Nicki Minaj is the best female MC to ever do it. So the 23-year-old MC was pretty ticked off at Lil' Kim and Ray J's recent onstage comments that Minaj is biting Kim's style and that Nicki needs to pay homage to her.

Drake elaborated on his anger while talking to DJ Envy on MTV's "Sucker Free" over the weekend.

"I feel like Lil' Kim is a G in the game. I feel like you're a part of an era that's classic, that we'll never forget as young kids, me and Nick," he said of his Young Money family member. "You don't have to do that. You don't have to get onstage and tell people to pay homage; that's a given. I've watched Nicki pay homage time and time again. I didn't respect [Kim's comments] at all. Whoever else was onstage with her, I didn't respect that at all. You just wearing your heart on your sleeve. You're showing that you're upset. Nobody's done that to me yet. I would never expect Jay or 'Ye to get onstage and be like, 'Pay homage to me. You need to respect me.' They know they command my respect with their music and talent. I feel that's signs you're just losing it. I really did take that personally. That bothered me. I really don't get caught up with the Twitter and Internet stuff, but I did see it. And I feel like you're supposed to be a G. That just wasn't G to me at all."

For her part, Lil' Kim told Philadelphia radio host Kendra G on Philly 100.3 on Saturday that "all females that come in the game, we need to stick together, and I always try my best to embrace them. But what happens is, when they come in the game and they realize that I'm not going away, and my fans are still here and they can't just step on me, they get upset, and then they don't want to be my friend anymore. I think that's really childish and stupid. Because all I ask for is respect, and I show the same respect back. Pay homage. At the end of the day, a lot of things go on behind the scenes that people don't know about. It will be aired out, because you can't hide the truth."

Nicki hasn't spoken in public about Kim's comments, but she has hinted on her Twitter page that she is taking the high road. "Raise ya hand if u don't have 2 diss ppl to feel better about urself," she wrote on Thursday. "Jealousy is a disease. It kills @ a fast pace. Kisses 2 my bad bi---es".

A snitch is a criminal who tells on another criminal for his own personal benefit. Drake is an upper class biracial child star actor turned rapper. So I guess Drake got robbed at gunpoint and testified against the guys who did it. This is what normal citizens have the right to do. Still if Drake is going to associate with gang promoting rappers like Lil Wayne and Baby, I could see why being called a snitch could be a problem for his Young Money image.
