DJ Khaled is officially a father.
The hit-making music producer and his fiancée Nicole Tuck welcomed their first child, a boy, in the early hours of Sunday morning — a momentous occasion that Khaled chronicled on Snapchat.
The "All I Do Is Win" artist shared a wave of videos spanning roughly 10 hours from the hospital room, including several where he asked the doctor delivering the baby to provide updates to his followers.
"Doctor, it's go time right?" he asked in one video, prompting the doctor to reply, "Yes it is."
When the baby finally arrived, Khaled was moved to tears of joy as he addressed his Snapchat following. He never shared a picture of the newborn but did post a video where the new bundle of joy could be heard crying.
The 40-year-old hip-hop mogul also posted an image of his arm stamped with an ink print of his new son's foot.
Khaled and his fiancée, 39, announced they were expecting in May, when the rap star gushed over his excitement to start a family.
"I've always wanted kids," he told People magazine at the time. "This is my first kid and I'm excited and I want more. I've always wanted to be a family man. I'm in a great family and I want to have my own family at the same time."
Snapchat isn't the only social media medium that Khaled used in the time leading up to his son's birth. Two weeks ago, the "Major Key" creator shared a photo on Instagram of a white onesie reading "Young Icon," that was gifted to him by Wendy Williams.
