Dipset Reveals Plans For Reunion Documentary & EP

If Dipset's recent performance for Spotify's Rap Caviar live showcase is any indication, the Harlem-bred collective is officially back and kicking their reunion into full swing. On Tuesday, The Diplomats' own Jim Jones, Freekey Zekey and Juelz Santana stopped by MTV's TRL to reveal plans for their upcoming reunion.

Speaking with TRL host DC Young Fly, the men discussed how they've remained tight-knit despite all the hindrances they've endured throughout their 20-year history. Diplomat founders Cam'ron and Jim Jones have been embroiled in a lengthy public feud but have seemingly buried the hatchet ahead of their latest performance. "We had our trials and tribulations, a lot of things happened," Santana said, "but at the end of the day, that keyword in there is 'brothers.'"

Next, the men discuss their forthcoming project, which Jones revealed will double as an EP and a documentary. Zekey added that the Dipset reunion feels like he's "signing a deal for the first time."

The Harlem group recently reunited for their first single "Once Upon a Time," produced by the quartet's go-to collaborators The Heatmakerz.
