Diddy To Appear On SNL Anniversary Show

Live from New York — It’s Sunday night! “SNL’s” 40th anniversary happens Sunday, and Confidenti@l can exclusively reveal that Diddy, Kings of Leon, Haim and ’N Sync have been added as musical guests. There’s heavy speculation that Justin Timberlake will appear along with his former boy band, but that hasn’t been confirmed. Michael Bolton was also added to the roster this week. NBC will air the special at 8 p.m. on Sunday.

Only three short blocks separated hip-hop rivals Diddy and Drake on Thursday night. At 14th St.’s Up & Down club, Drake celebrated with Justin Bieber and Rihanna, who was the life of the party despite reeking of sort of a herbal fragrance when she arrived, says one partygoer. “The entire club was singing and dancing along with her,” says our insider. Meanwhile, at 17th St.’s 1Oak, Diddy hosted Leonardo DiCaprio, French Montana and 2 Chainz after his show at MSG.
