DID CIARA GET DROPPED FROM JIVE?

Now you know how crazy the Internet gets, so let's try and be civil about this. If it turns out not to be true, don't kill the messenger.

It's being widely and wildly reported that R&B singer Ciara is being dropped from Jive Records, after hits like "Goodies", "Get Up", and "1,2 Step". Her four studio albums, however, have seen declines in sales, with her latest one Basic Instinct being a particularly nasty flop.

The rumors began flowing after her supposed fourth single from Basic Instinct (the lowest selling debut of her career) "Turn It Up" was pulled from it's radio impact date for unknown reasons. It was originally set to be released on March 8th, but it's now nowhere to be seen on All Access. None of the previous three singles did anything to curb her steadily falling success, and it's being said that Jive has finally given up on her.
