Dave Chappelle To Host ‘SNL’ For The First Time

NBC just announced Dave Chappelle will make his first appearance on “Saturday Night Live” as a host November 12.

The comedian recently appeared in the 2015 Spike Lee film, “Chi-Raq ,” which was his first movie role in 13 years.

The funnyman famously left his $50 million contract with “Chapelle's Show” nearly a decade ago, despite the fact ratings were skyrocketing.

Joining Chappelle on the “SNL” stage for the first time is hip-hop group A Tribe Called Quest, who will perform new tracks for their upcoming album, "We Got It From Here ... Thank You 4 Your Service.”
