Damon Dash asked 50 Cent and Cam’ron, with whom he is currently feuding, to let bygones be bygones. Unfortunately for him, the G-Unit leader wasn’t willing to let things go and doubled down on his disdain for the 54-year-old filmmaker. “50, Cam, me, if together we show that we could be beefing, pause, and then come together and maybe do a TV show together, something different, or a movie or something, just showing the world that we can work together, then we would prove everyone wrong,” Dash said in an Instagram video. “They love us tearing each other down, and I’m not doing that sh*t. I apologize to my OGs for embarrassing y’all, but I just wanted to talk to them. [Cam’ron] finally replied when I hit him with the lawsuit. The aforementioned lawsuit was a $300 million lawsuit against his fellow Harlem native for defamation, specifically how Cam brought Dame’s wife and children into the mix publicly. The Dipset rapper also dissed Dash in a freestyle titled “Mr. Petty.” Nonetheless, the Roc-A-Fella co-founder was willing to set his frustrations aside and reconcile. “Let’s show the world that Black people can work together challenge,” he wrote in the caption of his video. “I’m not doing this corny sh*t no more. I got work to do. Let’s just resolve this and move forward collectively. Let’s show the world that they can’t divide us over bullsh*t. That jig is up #Checkmate. “I agree with Dame *100 emoji* percent it’s better to work together,” the “In Da Club” rapper wrote on Instagram. “We should sit down and figure out how to move forward. I believe we can create a path to more success.” And then, in true 50 fashion, he threw a curveball. “Oh wait ? CAM just said [f**k] Dame and his fake chat GPT lawsuit,” he wrote. “So it’s f**k you Dame.” So much for that. This is the latest chapter in the trio’s ongoing feud, which got sparked when the Power executive producer announced that he purchased the rights to Paid In Full and had a TV adaptation on the way with Cam’s help. Dash countered by clowning Cam for 50 being his boss, and thus continued their public back-and-forth.
