IN THE STREETS & ON THE WEB

DAMN! THEY JUST JUMPING OUT THE WOODWORK ON FOXY! LOL! SHOUT OUT 2 HER! SHE MADE THE COVER OF THE DAILY NEWS! B!TCH!

A hip-hop producer says erratic diva Foxy Brown's missed studio sessions - and not her ex-manager - halted release of the raunchy rapper's new album last month.

"She can't meet deadlines on anything," griped Daddy Digg$ of Platinum Camp Productions in an interview Wednesday with the Daily News.

Diggs$ spoke one day after The News reported Brown's beleaguered manager dumped the "Ill Na Na" star and planned a lawsuit to recover $100,000 she said was spent on studio time.

Bernadette Brennan - who bailed Brown out of jail last summer - said she was too exasperated by Foxy's antics to continue their working relationship.

Digg$, like Brennan, claimed he invested money in "Christmas Massacre," Brown's first CD since 2008. But neither investor was aware of the other's role in the recording sessions.

"She was playing us both," Digg$ said. "Very deceptive, and it hurts the credibility of our companies."

When Brennan and Platinum Camp recently discovered the other's involvement, they opted to collaborate on the CD - yet the one-time platinum-selling star produced just a single track, her ex-manager said.

The record, which was slated to debut on Christmas Eve, remains on the shelf. One track, "U Ain't Ruff Enuf," was leaked to YouTube. Brown claimed on Twitter last night that "Christmas Massacre" would make its "world premiere" on Hot97 tomorrow.

"I wish her well," said Brennan, who's now peddling a reality show, "Almost Famous," about her efforts to help new talent find success.

Digg$ said he also plans a lawsuit against Brown over his lost investment.

Brown already faces legal problems from a bizarre Brooklyn episode where she's accused of mooning a neighbor.

The Brooklyn bad girl, reached Tuesday night, declined to comment on her bitter split with Brennan - which made page one of The News.

She could not be reached yesterday for comment. In an earlier Twitter message, she crowed about her front-page photo - "just got the Daily News cover .... FOX BOOGIE and BLOOMBERG!!! U heard!!" she wrote.
