DAMN! MAN KILLS HIS MOTHER OVER USING THE PHONE TOO MUCH!

A 63-year-old Manhattan woman died after her son threw her to the ground during an argument over using the phone, police said.

Leonard Arzu, 45, was charged with assault in the 8:20 a.m. attack on his mother, Betty Arzu. The mother and son shared an apartment on St. Nicholas Ave. in Harlem.

They argued when she told him he was using the phone too much, police said.

When police showed up,Betty Arzu complained she was having difficulty breathing and was taken to Harlem Hospital, where she was declared dead.

Leonard Arzu, who has a prior record of arrests for assault and drugs, could face upgraded charges once the medical examiner determines Betty Arzu's cause of death, officials said.
