DAMN! KID CUDI TURNED DOWN $100,000 TO PERFORM FOR A RUSSIAN BILLIONAIRE!

The Black Eyed Peas and Fergie rang in 2011 on St. Barts, thanks to Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich, but the VIPs who caught the gig could have experienced an even more stellar lineup.

A source says Snoop Dogg was invited to perform at Abramovich's estate there, but couldn't go because of prior commitments. The insider says rapper-rocker Kid Cudi was also invited to perform on New Year's Day on one of a number of yachts that Abramovich - ranked by Forbes as the 50th-richest person in the world last year - had commissioned for guests, but that didn't happen either.

We hear Kid turned down a hefty $100K from Abramovich and said no to gigs on Carson Daly's New Year's Eve TV special and in Las Vegas, too. Choosy!
