DAMN! $300,000 FOR PICS OF JUDE LAW'S LOVE CHILD!

Jude Law's baby mama is about to make bank on photos of their newborn daughter.
It's rumored that Samantha Burke has sold pics of 1-month-old Sophia to a British magazine along with an interview about her fling with the "Hamlet" star last December, for a cool $300,000.

And although that's a hefty price for a few toothless photos, the pics of baby Sophia don't even come close to what mags have paid in the past: People shelled out close to a whopping $20 million for the exclusive on the Pitt-Jolie twins.

But Burke and her baby certainly aren't going to suffer. Celebrity family lawyer Raoul Felder says that the 24-year-old model's windfall isn't going to affect her ability to collect child support from Law.

"Child support is fundamentally based on the proportion of the mother's earnings to the father's. He makes so much more than she does, that this really won't affect it. The only court Burke loses in is the one of good taste."

He adds, "Law is about to get hit VERY hard, despite Burke's latest move."

Miz Burke's agent Eileen Koch confirmed to the UK's Daily Mail over the weekend that the publication rights had been sold - but denied further comment.

Although a rep for Law didn't return calls, a source close to the actor says that while he may not legally try to fight Burke on publicizing their new addition, he'll be very upset when those pictures do get published.

"He wants to handle this as privately as possible, and Samantha is making a circus out of it," says the insider.

Jude has been laying low in NYC while performing in "Hamlet" and carefully avoiding the subject of his fourth child, but it hasn't been easy. He narrowly escaped an almost-very-awkward run-in at midtown hot spot Espace on Thursday night; actress Rachel McAdams and her sister Kayleen - who was thought to be Law's baby mama - were partying there with Law's other ex, Sienna Miller. Law had been expected at the boite, but was thankfully a no-show.

Somehow we think the baby pictures will be just slightly less easy to avoid.
