Ciara Reveals Her Struggle To Stay Abstinent With Russell Wilson

Ciara just can't score in the red zone.

The sexy singer and Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson have been open about their decision to remain abstinent, but nobody's saying it has been easy.

The couple started dating last April, and their sex-free relationship choice is clearly wearing on Ciara, according to an interview with "Cosmopolitan."

"I'm not gonna lie. I'm human, so it is not easy, especially when I look at him and I think he is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen — that I've ever laid eyes on, to be honest. I'm like, 'Look the other way! Look the other way!'"

Turning the other cheek is working for the time being, but Ciara admitted it takes a certain amount of strength and prayer to keep her from roughing the passer.

"You get to hug and you get to have a nice good kiss, but you have to be careful not to go too far so you don't end up in the place you're trying to avoid being in," she told the magazine.

For now, love is at the core of their relationship — as evidenced by the numerous gushing Instagram posts from the couple — even if Wilson takes his pick-up lines from the Google search bar.

"He's such an awesome guy and the cool thing is that every day, we're growing with each other," Ciara said.
