Chris Brown's baby mama is rattled by claims she's dating a criminal.
A spokesman for Nia Guzman says the Texas-based model has ended her romantic relationship with Brazil Riesling, the rapper known as King Ba who allegedly cashed more than $5,000 worth of forged checks, according to Houston authorities.
"The allegations that have been made against Nia Guzman are completely false," spokesman Domenick Nati said in a statement sent to the Daily News.
"Nia has not been in a dating relationship with Ba for several months, and she has no criminal record and has never (taken) part in any criminal activity with Ba," he said.
Nati said Guzman is a good mom who's been forced to relocate from Texas to protect Royalty, her 1-year-old daughter with Brown, from fans and paparazzi “constantly waiting outside her apartment.”
“Nia is not trying to obtain any fame or additional money from Chris Brown other than the child support that is expected for the raising of their child," he said.
The statement was issued ahead of a reported custody showdown.
According to TMZ, Brown and Guzman will fight it out in court in two weeks — with Guzman asking for full custody of Royalty and only supervised visits from the Grammy-winning singer.
She's worried Brown's entourage includes dangerous people and that the "Loyal" singer still has a substance abuse problem, TMZ said.
A robbery at Brown’s house in July may have been an inside job by friends with gang ties, TMZ previously reported. And Brown went to rehab during probation for his felony assault case involving former girlfriend Rihanna
King Ba, meanwhile, is the man listed on Royalty's birth certificate. He was raising the girl as his own until a paternity test proved Brown was the dad.
Brown, 26, shocked many fans last spring when he confirmed in a social media posting that he secretly sired the adorable baby.
He included a father-daughter photo with Royalty wearing a red sweatshirt that matched his own and the caption, "God has blessed me with my twin."
Brown brought the baby to the Billboard Music Awards on May 17 and carried her in his arms down the red carpet.
He and Guzman appeared to be making things work until a reported dispute over money and Brown's lifestyle led the short-fused singer to slam Guzman on Twitter last month.
"Some men my age run from their responsibility as fathers. I embrace mine," he wrote. "Just sucks that some females use children as meal tickets."
He said, “Using a child as leverage is never ok. The highest praise to the men who actually want their kids.”
