CHRIS BROWN APOLOGIZES FOR HOMOPHOBIC COMMENTS!

Chris Brown is making a habit out of apologizing.

The troubled singer said he was sorry on Thursday for posting a series of racially charged, homophobic tweets aimed at ex-B2K singer Raz-B.

"Yesterday was an unfortunate lack in judgment sparked by public Twitter attacks from Raz B, who was bent on getting attention," the 21-year-old said in a statement. "Words cannot begin to express how sorry and frustrated I am over what transpired publicly on Twitter."

Brown added, "I have learned over the past few years to not condone or represent acts of violence against anyone. Molestation and victims of such acts are not to be taken lightly, and for my comments I apologize - from the bottom of my heart."

The feud began on Wednesday when Raz-B tweeted a comment blasting Brown while praising the singer's former flame, pop princess Rihanna.

"Im just sittin here Thinking how can n---a like @ebenet [Eric Benet] and @chrisbrown disrespect women as Intelligent as Halle Berry, Rihanna," Raz B wrote.

Brown quickly fired back, essentially questioning the 25-year-old's sexuality and referencing allegations Raz-B once made about being molested by several of his band's former managers.

"N---a you want attention! Grow up n---a!!! Di-- in da booty ass lil boy," Brown wrote.

Raz-B responded with his own tweet that also questioned Brown's sexuality and later added, "I luv (sic) how u resort 2 disrespectful low brow tactics when u clearly sabotaged ur (sic) own career by beating women!"

Brown is serving five years of probation for his 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna in a sports car following a pre-Grammy Awards party. He has completed roughly half of his court mandated 180 days of community service and earlier this month displayed a photo of a diploma from an anger management program he was ordered to complete under terms of his probation.

In his apology, Brown added, "I love all of my fans, gay and straight. I have friends from all walks of life and I am committed, with God's help, to continue becoming a better person."
