Chris Brown Admits Probation Violation, Could Be Released In The Next 72 Hours

Chris Brown is expected to two-step out of jail in the next few days after changing his tune Friday and admitting he violated his Rihanna-related probation.

The Grammy-winning singer was sentenced to a year in the pokey under the deal reached Friday, but the judge gave him credit for 116 days in rehab and the last 59 days he’s spent behind bars. He could be out in as little as “72 hours” thanks to good behavior and jail overcrowding, lawyer Mark Geragos, told the Daily News. He said the new pact doesn’t mean Brown, 25, was admitting he punched a man in Washington last fall.
