With her nightly duties as host of E!'s "Chelsea Lately" and frequent feuds with Jesse James' alleged tattooed mistress, Chelsea Handler needs to keep her energy up.
The late night funny lady posted a photo on Twitter of herself getting a B12 injection in her bare bottom.

"Guess who's getting a b12 shot for horniness?," Handler joked to her over 2 million followers on Wednesday.

In the photo, the 35-year-old former Playboy cover model has her head turned away, with her shorts pulled down, as someone sticks a needle in her behind.

She joins a long list of celebrities who frequently get B12 shots. According to WebMD.com, the injections can provide positive side effects such as a boost in mood, increased energy and better immune system.

Handler will need all the energy she can get as she is currently doing stand-up on her nationwide "Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang" tour until November of this year.
