Cassie’s Mother Testifies She Sent Diddy $20K To Not Release Her Daughter’s Sex Videos

Cassie‘s mother, Regina Ventura, is one of the latest witnesses to take the stand during Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ongoing sex trafficking trial. On Tuesday Ventura spoke about the music mogul contacting her and allegedly threatening to release explicit videos of her daughter, which made extremely worried for her daughter’s safety. Cassie‘s mother, Regina Ventura, is one of the latest witnesses to take the stand during Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ongoing sex trafficking trial. On Tuesday Ventura spoke about the music mogul contacting her and allegedly threatening to release explicit videos of her daughter, which made extremely worried for her daughter’s safety. She also claims she took photos of her daughter’s bruises and injuries in late 2011 to “make a record of the alleged beatings at the hands of Combs.” She also recalled an incident when she called the police after Cassie told her Diddy took her phone. Notably, the defense team chose not to cross-examine Ms. Ventura’s statements, allowing her damaging testimony to stand uncontested.
