Cam’ron Calls Dame Dash Emotional And Questions His Parenting Skills

Cam’ron responds to the Roc-A-Fella co-founder Dame Dashdiss to his career, calling him “emotional” and questioning how he could disrespect his family on television. Cam took to IG and blasted the Harlem entrepreneur with two separate posts. His first post began with a graphic that read “All this because ‘Honor Up’ was wack,” with a laughing emoji, referring to Dash’s 2018 film. The following slides were a photo of Dame missing his front teeth, a clip of It Is What It Is where he and Ma$e laughed about the situation, and a snippet of Loaded Lux and Calicoe’s legendary battle where Lux famously said, “Look at you, emotional. ”His caption matched the tone of the post. “Damn big bro. I thought we was snapping,” Killa Cam wrote. “My bad sincerely if u mad. But I’m glad you got that off ya chest. But me emotional?! Never dat. I think you a lil emotional and I get it. Secondly I’m ya REAL friend. Cause whoever you around is a wack *ninja emoji* for letting you do that interview in that condition. I woulda never let you get on camera like that.”He closed with an apology and said that he would begin to promote Dash’s work since he took issue with the lack thereof. However, the specific content he chose to “promote” may only anger the audacious executive even further. The “Hey Ma” rapper shared a clip of WEtv’s Growing Up Hip Hop where Dame argued with his son Boogie and daughter Ava. At one point, things got so tense that they nearly got into each other’s faces and Dash called Boogie a clown before walking out. “Damn if this how how you talk to ya kids on TV, none of [us] have a chance out here for a peaceful convo *facepalm emoji*,” Cam wrote. “And don’t change the narrative saying I’m disrespecting ya family. Cause I love ya family like I love you. But if you call ya kids ‘clowns’ what u think of anyone else *shrug emoji He also called Dame out for wrongfully stating that he worked for REVOLT, when he only licenses his show to them, which he owns. Cam then countered by saying that Dame appeared on Growing Up Hip Hop as WEtv talent and likely did not make much money from it. Dame and Cam’s tension was sparked by the latter’s recent statements on Talk With Flee. He expressed his disdain for a fight that Dash had with Ma$e, and another incident where 50 Cent allegedly smacked him “on the a**.” Still, he invited Dash onto the show so they could discuss their issues. Dash, however, decided to address the Harlem rapper on Bosses Take Losses. “Cam’s been talking a lot. Sometimes it’s complimentary, but a lot of time this thing is that I don’t think that we should be speaking about publicly,” Dame said. “I haven’t called him a lot, but when I did call, he doesn’t pick up, and I think he’s publicly said he doesn’t pick up my calls.” He also slammed the fast-rising sports commentator for not having a hit record since leaving Roc-A-Fella.
