Hell’s Kitchen proved too hot for “Cake Boss” star Buddy Valastro.
The TLC star was plastered when he was pulled over early Thursday after he was spotted driving his yellow 2014 Corvette erratically on 10th Ave., police said.
Hoboken’s high priest of pastries reeked of booze and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired after flunking a Breathalyzer test, police said.
It wasn’t clear where Valastro, who is 37 and lives in Montville, N.J., was heading at 1 a.m. when the cops corralled him.
And Valastro, a fourth-generation baker who owns Carlo’s Bakery in Hoboken, N.J., could not immediately be reached for comment.
But it’s not the first time the master baker has been in a fog.
In July, Valastro and a boat-load of kids had to be rescued by the FDNY when his 36-foot Boston Whaler was enveloped in a thick fog in New York Harbor while puttering along in busy Ambrose Channel near the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge.
Valastro, whose wedding cake wizardry has been featured in countless cooking and bridal magazines, recently announced the formation of a production company called Cakehouse Media.
Carlo's Bakery also has four other locations scattered like chocolate curls across New Jersey and also operates fleet-wide on the Norwegian Cruise Line.
