BRITNEY SPEARS GETS SUED BY A FORMER NANNY WHO CLAIMS SHE OWES HER $35,202 DOLLARS!

Britney Spears is not so gleeful now.
The 28-year-old singer is being sued by a former nanny for $35,202, days after she made a major career comeback on a record-breaking episode of “Glee.”

According to TMZ.com, Ferial Zaltash claims the “Toxic” singer still hasn’t paid her for a job she completed three years ago.

Spears reportedly hired Zaltash in September 2007 as a personal assistant and nanny to her children, Jayden James and Sean Preston.

But the nanny claims she was not paid after resigning one month later. She has asked for an additional $19,940 for penalties in unpaid wages and overtime.

Spears appeared on "Glee" last week, during a tribute episode celebrating her body of work, and scored the Fox show its highest ratings in two seasons at 13.3 million viewers.
