Bobby Brown clearly had other things on his mind.
The 46-year-old R&B singer struggled through a concert in Atlanta on Saturday, forgetting lyrics and missing dance moves.
"Yo, I was skipping songs and s--t," Brown can be heard telling the crowd in video footage posted online Sunday.
"I feel like I have been up here for like two hours."
That Brown was able to plow his way through the performance at the Wolf Creek Amphitheater is amazing, considering his daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, 22, has been near death in a vegetative state at a nearby hospice care facility.
His only child with late ex-wife Whitney Houston was found face-down and unresponsive in a bathtub in her Atlanta-area residence Jan. 31. The elder Brown has been a fixture at his dying daughter's bedside at the Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Ga.
Bobbi Kristina's maternal aunt and co-guardian, Pat Houston, said she was "in God's hands now" in a statement released last week.
Despite his distractions, the former New Edition frontman seemed to be trying to give attendees their money's worth.
"I'm in a different zone right now, you're all going to have to excuse me," Brown told concertgoers Saturday.
"If I go somewhere else, please join me on that trip, because it's going to be a good trip."
