Blueface Owes Souljah Boy Baby Mama Jackilyn Martinez More Than $130,000 In Default Judgement

Blueface owes a woman more than $130,000 for an unpaid default judgment that stems from a defamation lawsuit from 2003. Jackilyn Martinez filed writs of execution with the sheriffs of Los Angeles and Sacramento counties on December 24, revealing that the default judgment is now $131,655 with interest. This follows Judge Peter Hernandez ordering royalties collected by BMI and the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers on Blueface's behalf be given to Martinez instead to satisfy the money owed to her because of the judgement. In the lawsuit, Martinez claimed that Blueface defamed her with posts online suggesting that her 2-year-old child with Soulja Boy was actually his. She alleged that she hadn’t been intimate with Blueface since 2018. In the original judgment, Martinez was awarded $123,245, which includes $100,00 for her pain and suffering. Blueface has reportedly not participated in the case. He’s seemingly ignored the judgment altogether.
