It's meaty - and it's angry. And it's hitting Japan like a ton of, well, meat.
Ladies and gentleman, the "Angry Whopper" has arrived in Tokyo. To promote the launch of this spicy burger, Burger King had a shouting contest in downtown Toyko that let pedestrians scream their aggression away, the Associated Press reports.
Screams such as "I need to get a girlfriend" and "Professor, give me my credits" were heard loud and clear, AP said.
So what's in this angry burger, besides a whole lotta meat? Jalapeno peppers, hot sauce, onions, cheese, bacon, tomatoes and lettuce.
The "Angry Whopper" will be added to Burger King menus in Japan starting Thursday and will cost $4.90.
The "Angry Whopper" is Burger King's latest attempt to break McDonald's dominance of the fast-food burger market in Japan.
