Bill Cosby Sued By Woman Who Claims He Molested Her At The Playboy Mansion When She Was 15

A California woman claims Bill Cosby molested her at the Playboy Mansion when she was 15 years old – and she’s serving the pudding pitchman with a lawsuit.

Judith Huth, 56, filed her claim in Los Angeles County Superior Court Tuesday saying the molestation took place inside a bedroom of the notorious pleasure palace in 1974.

She claims the predatory attack caused her severe emotional distress and that she only discovered its impact within the past three years, which allows her to file the lawsuit under California law.

“I hope he gets what’s coming to him,” Huth’s angry dad Robert Huth, 82, told the Daily News Tuesday night.

“I still don’t know everything that happened, but I know he’s a real lowlife,” he said.

More than a dozen women have stepped forward in recent weeks with claims Cosby either sexually battered or raped them in sick scenarios that often included powerful drinks or drugs.

Cosby previously faced scattered accusations from a handful of women, but the scandal snowballed when comedian Hannibal Buress repeatedly called the “Cosby Show” star a “rapist” in a stand-up show in Philadelphia in October.

The new lawsuit by Huth marks the first time an accuser has claimed she was a minor at the time of the alleged abuse.

Huth states that she and a 16-year-old friend first met Cosby at a film shoot and that the comedian fed them alcoholic drinks a week later at a southern California tennis club.

She claims Cosby later took her to the Playboy mansion and tried to put his hand down her pants before taking her hand in his and forcing her to perform a sex act on him.

So far Cosby, 77, has refused to address the flurry of allegations that have put a massive dent in his good-guy reputation.

His lawyer, Martin Singer, has ripped the accusers’ stories as “increasingly ridiculous and ... completely illogical.”

Singer did not immediately respond to a request for comment late Tuesday.

Robert Huth said his daughter was fearful at first about going public with her claim.

The similar stories from other alleged victims finally gave her the courage to speak up, he said.

“The thing is, he was so powerful, everyone was afraid,” he said.
