Bill Cosby's Daughter Ensa Dies At 44 From Renal Disease

Bill Cosby‘s daughter Ensa has died. She was 44.

Esna passed away Friday night from complications of renal disease in Massachusetts, where she lived.

“The Cosby Family thanks many people for their prayers for their beloved and beautiful Ensa,” Cosby’s spokesman Andrew Wyatt told The Post.

Ensa was one of the few who stood up for her father during his sexual assault trial.

“My father has been publicly lynched in the media and my family, my young daughter, my young niece and nephew have had to stand helplessly by and watch the double standard or pretending to protect the rights of some but ignoring the rights of others,” she said last June.

“I strongly believe my father is innocent of the crimes alleged against him and I believe that racism has played a big role in all aspects of this scandal.”

Bill Cosby lost another child in 1997 when his son Ennis was shot to death during a robbery attempt in Los Angeles.

Ensa Cosby appeared on one episode of “The Cosby Show,” which ran from 1984-1992.
