Beyonce Sued Over Roc-A-Fella Logo In Her Video

Beyonce straight-up jacked the Roc-A-Fella logo and slapped it onto one of her music videos ... so claims the guy who claims he designed the logo.

Dwayne Walker says Queen B never asked permission to prominently display the logo in B's "Drunk in Love" music video ... and now he wants the court to put a stop to it and cut him a slice of the profits.

According to the docs ... Dwayne says he owns the rights to the original Roc-A-Fella logo and it shouldn't have been used in her music vid.

The only time you see anything even resembling the logo is a quick shot of Jay Z's glitzy pendant. The rapper's not named or mentioned in the suit.

It's also worth noting Dwayne sued Jay for $7 million over the logo but lost the case back in September.
