Beyoncé's Mom Tina Knowles Reveals She Gets Advice From JAY-Z And Blue Ivy On Her Social Media Use

Ms. Tina Knowles the mother of Beyoncé and Solange Knowles recently shared some advice JAY-Z, her son in law, gave her about navigating her presence on the internet. During her sit-down on Vogue’s The Run-Through podcast, Tina acknowledged she finds it difficult to completely ignore the negative stories she sees online regarding her family members and tends to want to respond more often than not. “I know that it doesn’t understand what I’m saying, and it’s got crazy stuff,” the Texas native said. “And my son-in-law Jay will say, ‘Listen, if you’re gonna read somebody, at least spell your words right. Don’t misspell your words, Ma. You can’t do that. Take your time and go over and spellcheck your stuff! Although it’s sound advice, Tina said she implied she simply has other things to worry about. “I don’t have time for that,” she quipped. She revealed Jay and Bey’s eldest daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, chimed in on her grandmother’s infamously viral comments. “Every once in a while, I’ll get a call from Blue, and she’ll say, ‘Grandma, that’s really wack what you just did. That’s really wack. You should delete that,'” Tina recalled. “I’m like, ‘Girl, I’m on to the next thing.’ And all of the comments are like, ‘There you go again, Miss Tina.'” As recently as Christmas Day 2024, Ms. Knowles spoke out in defense of her superstar daughter and her NFL Halftime Show performance. She shared a caption on her Instagram saying, “It is mind-boggling to me that you would take your precious Christmas day and watch a performance of someone you hate and you don’t think has talent so that you can go talk ish about it later.
