Beyonce’s Met Gala Barely There Givenchy Dress

Beyonce knows how to make an entrance.

All eyes were on the Queen Bey when she finally sauntered into the Met Gala on Monday night in a jaw-dropping Givenchy dress that left very little to the imagination.

Riccardo Tisci custom made the skin-colored illusion tulle evening dress with strategically-placed multicolor crystals and stones that just covered the singer’s “Bootylicious” curves.

The barely-there gown also featured an open back and transparent train. She topped her look with a sky-high power ponytail.

Beyonce paired the see-through stunner with suede leather platform sandals that were also skin colored to the “China: Through The Looking Glass” Costume Institute Benefit Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

She showed up with Jay-Z a fashionable hour and 20 minutes after after the last arrival, Rihanna. Bey's husband was also dressed to impress, sporting a custom Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci tuxedo with satin details, paired with a black satin bow-tie, silver metal cufflinks and patent leather derbys.

While other starlets, including Jennifer Lopez and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in Atelier Versace and Kim Kardashian in Roberto Cavalli were also nearly nude, Beyonce arguably saved the best for last with her show-stopping take on the naked dress.

She teased an Instagram shot of herself before making her long-awaited red carpet debut. An ironically, the social media snaps appear to have been shot in an elevator, which is where Beyonce's sister Solange assaulted the star's husband at the 2014 awards.
