Now here's a reason to dance.
Beyonce has teamed up with Michelle Obama on the First Lady's "Let's Move! Flash Workout" campaign to fight childhood obesity.
The result is the music video for Beyonce's song, "Move Your Body," a revamped version of her 2007 hit, "Got Me Bodied."
In the new clip, the singer leads a group of school children in a dance routine medley -- which includes "The Dougie," jump roping and the "running man" -- performed in their cafeteria. "A little sweat never hurt anybody," Beyonce sings.
Before they begin dancing, the students are shown noshing on healthy fare, like fruit and milk.
"Move Your Body" will have to hold Beyonce fans for the time being. The highly-anticipated music video for her new single, "Run the World (Girls)," which is directed by "Water For Elephants"' Francis Lawrence, is expected to premiere next month.
