Rick Ross was arrested Tuesday (April 7) in Atlanta,Ga. after being held hostage at the famous celebrity tattoo parlor “City of Ink”.

It looks like Rick Ross's friends and former co-workers showed Officer Ricky special treatment. You know since he used to be an officer of the law as well. That Blue Wall of Silence is strong!!
