The pervy pest who has been hammering Ashanti and her family with crotch shots and sexts — tweeting at the starlet multiple times a day since getting sprung from jail — claimed his creep campaign was welcomed.
Deluded loon Devar Hurd, 35, admitted to sending the texts and approaching the stunning singer's sister at a party in Chelsea after his release from jail but claimed — in statements to officials — that the sexually-charged come-ons between September and July were embraced.
"@ashanti ooh yes baby I love ur sweetheart, submissive, girlie, sloppy d--k suckin style u give me…." the lunatic tweeted on April 8 from @picturetheframe.
Photos attached to many of the messages have since been taken down.
Court papers revealed at his arraignment Tuesday in Manhattan Supreme Court show Hurd's bogus claim that Ashanti and her family, including mom-manager Tina Douglas, desired his Anthony Weiner-style missives.
"I knew that there were multiple orders of protection barring me from communicating with Ashanti and her family, but that's something the Court wanted, not the family," the loon allegedly said. "The family doesn't care."
He also admitted the randy Twitter messages were from him to the singer from two Twitter accounts.
"Yeah, I sent Ashanti lots of tweets, including the sexually-based ones," he said, according to the papers.
Hurd, who testified at his 2009 trial that selfies of his genitals sent to the singer's mom were gifts "for the ladies" pleaded not guilty at his arraignment while wearing a T-shirt with comedy troupe "Team Capone" on the front.
"Not guilty," he said defiantly when prompted by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arlene Goldberg.
Hurd was charged in a 14-count indictment with stalking, criminal contempt, aggravated harassment and harassment.
He had been sentenced to two years in jail after a jury trial conviction for stalking and harassing Ashanti perviously.
