IN THE STREETS & ON THE WEB

ANOTHER PABLO ESCOBAR IMPOSTER TRIES TO TAKE THE COKE THRONE!

All hail! A new pretender to the Escobar coke throne has come forth.

Last year, we cast doubt on the lineage of a rapper who claimed he was the son of late Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar. Even more skeptical was Escobar's real son, Sebastian Marroquin, the subject of the HBO doc "Sins of My Father."

The hip-hop gangsta has finally admitted to the fraud - but now another fame-seeker has stepped up to assert he's the out-of-wedlock son of Pablo's brother, Roberto.

"Roberto Nicolas Escobar Jr." - aka "Esco" - has been shopping a movie project about his uncle's supposed plot to attack the U.S. in 1985 with the help of Castro, Noriega and Khadafy. Last week, he e-mailed "Sins" director Nicolas Entel, asking if he and his purported pals "Vin Diesel and Esai Morales" could come to the Sundance screening of "Sins."

Entel and Marroquin told him to stay away.

"[Bleep] you," "Roberto Jr." e-mailed back. "THINK hard ... before u say any thing bad about me in an industry that I spent over 20 years in PLEASE DON'T FORGET that u live in new York where I am deeply loved and RESPECTED!!!!"

"Roberto Jr." says he grew up in California and, only when he was 28, discovered he was the product of an affair between his mother and Roberto. "I have DNA evidence to prove it," says "Roberto Jr."

Roberto Sr. is unpersuaded. "I have no illegitimate son," the former drug kingpin and the cartel's CFO told us through a translator.
