‘American Idol’ Winner Fantasia Barrino Got Married

An "American Idol" winner is singing songs of joy now that she's found "real love."

Fantasia Barrino, who won the vocal tournament in 2004, could hardly contain her excitement after getting married to fiancé Kendall Taylor in a romantic yacht ceremony at an undisclosed location on Saturday.

"Can you see it? How Happy I am," she captioned an Instagram photo alongside her new husband on their wedding day.

"All I ever really wanted was this," she added.

The 31-year-old singer first announced her engagement to Taylor, the COO of a North Carolina courier company, last November by posting a photo of her sparkling rock on Instagram.

She was close-lipped about when the big day would be for the following seven months, but she finally broke her silence last Monday.

"I know @sosonya15 BOUT TO KILL me today for my Big Wedding Day on SATURDAY OMG!!!" she posted under a photo on Instagram. "I NEVER THOUGHT THIS WOULD HAPPEN FOR ME."

The "Lose to Win" singer has two children from previous relationships, and she admitted in the Instagram post that she's gone through a lot. But she believes she's finally found her soulmate.

"This Man.. God made him just for Me and me Just For Him," she proclaimed on the post.
