Oh no, she didn't.

Amanda Bynes took to her Twitter account to brand Jay-Z by posting a picture of the rapper wearing glasses and calling him an "ugly face," although she quickly removed the photo moments after posting.

Bynes, 26, even used the music mogul’s verified Twitter handle in her offending tweet.

The former child star continued to post to social media after deleting the comment, including a mirror self-portrait, and made no apology or explanation for her insulting words.

Jay-Z, who had no response to the proclamation, had his family to attend to on Thursday as he was spotted near L.A.’s Venice Beach, looking quite at ease with wife Beyonce and daughter Blue Ivy.

This isn't the first time Bynes has overexpressed herself on Twitter. After her DUI arrest last April she aimed a plea at President Obama in June, writing, "Hey @Barack Obama ... I don't drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don't hit and run. The end."

Bynes also recently made headlines when it was reported by TMZ that she was threatened with eviction by her New York City landlord for being "a disrespectful rule-breaker" and for the smell of marijuana coming from her apartment "morning, noon and night."
