Alleged Chris Brown Trespasser Accuses Him Of Death Threats

Hot-tempered singer Chris Brown must stay away from a woman who allegedly trespassed at his home last year only to find herself on the receiving end of social media harassment by the Rihanna beater, a judge has ruled.

The judge issued the restraining order on behalf of Danielle Patti, who says Brown threatened her life and harassed her repeatedly online, TMZ reports.

Patti, 27, who claims she and the “Don’t Judge Me” singer once dated, was reportedly collared Dec. 22 after allegedly driving inside the electric gate at Brown’s Woodland Hills mansion and refusing to budge.

But the woman — who says she was later cleared of all charges — alleges she was unable to leave the premises before Brown called the police because of a parked car blocking her own.

A hearing is scheduled for later this month, reports the gossip site.

Patti’s successful restraining order is the latest ordeal for the troubled hip-hop artist, who seems to be a magnet for legal trouble.

Last week, he asked a California judge to strike down a lawsuit claiming he was responsible for a San Jose nightclub shooting at one of his concerts in early 2015, according to filings obtained by The News.

And in January, Brown’s baby mama Nia Guzman reportedly filed paperwork to alter his visitation rights over their 1-year-old daughter, Royalty, because she believed his smoking had given the baby asthma.

Days before that, he escaped battery and theft charges stemming from a woman’s complaint that he punched her and snatched her cell phone after she tried to snap a picture of him at a Las Vegas casino resort.

The embattled R&B crooner finished his five-year felony probation last March for a February 2009 assault on his then-girlfriend Rihanna.
