Airport Workers Confuse Waka Flocka Flame For Richard Sherman

These football fans are getting Waka Flocka flamed.

A trio believed to be airport workers stopped Waka Flocka Flame at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport for an impromptu photo op — but only because they mistook the Atlanta-based rapper for Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman.

"Richard Sherman NFL Seattle Seahawks Cornerback," Linien Cabanada captioned a Facebook photo Thursday of himself cheesing with Flame and two others bearing what seem to be laminated airport identification badges.

The public post, whose caption Cabanada edited hours later to read "Waka Flocka" with a smiley face, was shared by thousands of people who roundly ridiculed it.

Reactions ranged from tickled to downright outraged.

"Richard Sherman.... haha lmao … All men with dreads look a like," joked one Facebook poster.

"I've been around both of them they look entirely diff. How can you confuse Richard and wacka?" fumed another.

One person went so far as to call the airport workers "racist idiots" for interchanging the two African-American men.

"All black people do look alike huh?" added another man, including a sad-face emoji.

The parallel between Sherman, 27, and Flame, 29, has been drawn multiple times on Twitter — and even spawned side-by-side comparisons with captions like, "Who would have known the Waka Flocka Flame plays in the NFL."

The airport employees' mix-up came the same day that the Golden Globes' Twitter account confused Hispanic actresses Gina Rodriguez and America Ferrera during the awards show's nominations announcements.

Guess we all look alike ……..
